Gathering Glyphs

Discover or craft rare, consumable "Glyphs" that grant powerful, temporary bonuses, turning your farming runs into strategic operations.

Glyph of the Seismologist (Mining): Occasionally reveals all mineral veins on the minimap.

Glyph of the Cultivator (Herbalism): Chance to yield a "Living Seed" to plant and grow more herbs.

Glyph of the Trophy Hunter (Skinning): Chance to yield a unique "Trophy" from elite beasts for rewards.

Node Expertise

The more you interact with the world, the more it gives back. Repeatedly gathering a specific type of node (e.g., Fel Iron Ore, Mana Thistle) builds your expertise with it.

  • Increased Yield: Higher expertise grants a chance to gather extra materials from that node.
  • Rare Finds: At high expertise, you have a greater chance of finding rare materials like gems, motes of primal elements, or even BoE patterns.
  • Master's Insight: At maximum expertise for a node type, you gain a small, permanent passive buff (e.g., Max Fel Iron Expertise grants +5 Stamina).
